Frank F. Wright, Sr. passed away Tuesday afternoon at four o'clock at his home, 110 South Main street. Mr. Wright has been in bed for about six months, and at the time of his death, which was due to stomach and heart trouble, Mr. Wright was seventy-nine years of age. Mr. Wright has lived in Spencer for a number of years, being among the early settlers of Clay county.

Besides his wife, Mrs. F.P. Wright, Mr. Wright leaves to mourn their loss three sons, Warren of Chicago, Lon of Algona, and Frank of Spencer, and two daughters, Hazel of Des Moines and Mrs. Lee Bennett of Corvalis, Oregon.

Arrangements for the funeral had not been completed at this time.
