COLLINS FUNERAL SERVICES TO BE HELD IN LAMONI
Funeral services for William Curtley Collins, 80, resident of Greenville vicinity for the past six years, whose death occurred early Wednesday morning at the Fettes hospital in Spencer, will be held Friday afternoon, July 5, at Lamoni, Iowa.
The death of Mr. Collins was caused from complications which developed following an illness from the flu. He had been ill several days.
Before coming to Greenville six years ago to make his home with his daughter, Mrs. Zalda Livingston, Mr. Collins lived In Lamoni.
He was born in Missouri November 20, 1854, and lived there a number of years.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Zaida Livingston, Greenville; Mrs. C. D. Ostrom, Belvidere, S.D., Mrs. Paul Wedeking, Lakefield, Minn., and Mrs. Walter Bass of Spokane, Wash., and 23 grandchildren.
