Muriel Paulsen, 66, of Spencer, formerly of Everly, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 1995 at her home in Spencer.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, Everly, with the Rev. G. Duane Baun officiating.
Visitation will continue today, with the family present from 7-8:30 p.m.
Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery, Everly, with Warner Funeral Home of Spencer in charge of arrangements.

Casket bearers will be Cynthia Knapp, Cathi Scharnberg, Patricia Kunzman, Harlen Knapp, Mark Scharnberg and Tom Kunzman.
Her grandchildren will serve as honorary casket bearers.

Murial Alice Paulsen, the daughter of Floyd and Alice Pierce Wilkie, was born Dec. 16, 1928, in Waucoma. She received her early education in Alpha and graduated from high school in Lake Center.
She married Raymond Paulsen on July 28, 1947, in Dawson, Minn. Following their marriage, the couple made their home in Royal, where they farmed for 13 years. The couple then moved to Everly and continued farming for 17 years. Mrs. Paulsen moved to Spencer in 1978. For 15 years, she worked in both sales and service for Federal Crop Insurance.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Everly where she was involved in many activities.
Mrs. Paulsen was preceded in death by her husband, one sister and one brother.
She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Knapp and her husband, Harlen, of Everly, Cathi Scharnberg and her husband, Mark, of Everly, and Patricia Kunzmann and her husband, Tom, of Everly; seven grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Wilkie and his wife Marion, of Elgin, Ill.; and three sisters, Charlotte Woolery of Spencer, Dorothy Denny and husband, Alvin, of Klemme and Grace Hastings and her husband, Stanley, of St. Joseph, Mo.
