Nellie Margaret, daughter of S.M. and Anna Carse Ridinger was born near Fairfield, Iowa on March 14, 1884 and died at Osceola, Iowa on November 16, 1979. She was married to R. Dell Watson on February 29, 1912.

She received her education in the Clarke County Schools.

At an early age she was united with the Hopeville Christian Church later transferring to the Murray Christian Church then after moving to Osceola she became affiliated with the Osceola Christian Church. She was a member of the B.P.W.

She. with her husband, Dell, operated the Cozy Cafe in Murray and the Paramount Cafe in Osceola for over 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dell; her parents, two sisters, May Hamm and Amy Middleton, two brothers, Charley and Raymond Ridinger.

Surviving relatives include two nephews, Mansel C. Ridinger of Littleton, Colorado and Norman C. Ridinger of Creston, Iowa, one niece, Mary Ann Peterson of Des Moines, Iowa; a sister in law, Lena Ridinger of Creston, Iowa and a brother in law, R.G. Middleton of Prescott, Arizona. Also her constant companion of the past several yars, Helen Burd of Osceola, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 20. Rev. Roy Ives conducted the 11:00 a.m. rites from the Webster-Kale Funeral Home with interment in the Murray Cemetery.
