Edna Mae Smith little daughter of Lewis and Maggie Smith was born September 9, 1930. Departed this life in the hospital at Iowa City, following an operation, March 10, 1937. At the age of 6 years, 6 months and one day.
She leaves to mourn her passing her father, mother, five brothers as follows, Leon, Clifford, George, Harold and Gerald; three sisters, Ellen, Vinance and Mable; besides, one grandmother, a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held in the Methodist church in Weldon, Saturday, March 13, at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Myrtle Wolfe, pastor. Interment made in the Green Bay cemetery, Mr. and Mrs. Lamoree in charge.
