OBITUARIES

MUREE MILLER AHRENS
Muree Miller Ahrens, 87. of Osceola died of a heart ailment November 17, 1993 at Leisure Manor, where she was a resident. Services were held Novembcr 20 at Kale Funeral Home, with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Ahrons was born in Merna, Neb., and had moved to Clarke County in 1950. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Chariton.

She is survived by two sons, Don of Rose Hill, Kan., and Pete of Altoona, two daughters, Lou Ann Huggins of Panora and Kay Chaney of Osceola;
two sisters, Pearl Ladely of Martin, S.D., and Alice Manning of Broken Bow, Neb.; 14 grandchildren; and 23 greatgrandchildren.
