AVERY J.PATTON
Avery Junior Patton, 37, of Thayer, died Sept. 9, 1995, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola. The causa of death is unknown, pending the results of an autopsy. Services were held Sept. 12 at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola, with burial in Murray Cemetery.

Mr. Patton was born in Iowa City and had been a cook at Family Table in Osceola.

Survivors include his stepmother, Edith Patton of Murray; two brothers, John of Bondurant and Russ of Altoona; a stepbrother, Gary Guthrie of Minnesota; five sisters, Jean Gills, Judy Sherman and Peggy Moffitt, all of Thayer, Shari Skinner of Cambridge and Nellene Decker of Murray; and two stepsisters, Elisha Jones of Spring Hill and Karen McCarl of Roland.
