Charles Allbee, 92, Summoned Saturday at Hot Springs, Ark.
Former Fredericksburg Tug,. Man Dies After Brief Illness —Funeral Wednesday

Charles Allbee, 92, a resident of Fredericksburg township in Chickasaw county for many years, died Saturday in Hot Spring., Ark., where he had spent the winter. Since the death of his wife two years ago, Mr. Allbee had lived with his bothers and sisters.

He was married in 1897 to Adele McCormick who preceded him in death Jan. 11, 1940. Mr. Allbee grew to manhood in Illinois, coming to Iowa when a young man. He was engaged in farming all his life, continuing to live on his farm even after his advanced years forced him to forego active pursuits.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the R. A. Bonnell home, Rev. Paul P. Pease officiating. Interment was in Wilson Grove cemetery. He is survived by two brothers and two sisters.
