ALVIN H. DIETZ
Funeral services for Alvin H. Dietz, 79, Nashua, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, August 29 at the First congregational Church in Nashua, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashua
Mr. Dietz died Tuesday August 25 at Floyd County Memorial Hospital, Charles City.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor; seven sons, Kenneth of Nashua, Robert of Hudson, Wendell of Cedar Falls, Wayne of Dumont, Eldon of Tipton, Dean of Shell Rock and Gene of Nashua; and three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Lucille) Dorwin of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Louis (Florence) Hatzky of Cedar Falls and Mrs. Raymond (Shirley) Diesburg of Waverly; and grandchildren.

Also surviving are two brothers, Clarence of Plainfield and Charles of Ionia; and five sisters, Effie Conklin of Plainfield, Edith Vohsmann of Nashua, Martha Wagner of Cedar Falls, Mildred Caswell of Nashua and Bessie Runyan, Hackensack, Minnesota.

Mr. Dietz was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, one brother, one sister and one grandson.
