Albert Roehrich, 89, died Friday, April 6, at Veterans Hospital, Knoxville.

Funeral services are today, Tuesday, April 10, at 1:30pm at Larkin-Martin Funeral Home, New Hampton, with the Rev. Bernard Oebser officiating. Burial will be in New Hampton Cemetery.

Mr. Roehrich was a retired railroad worker, who lived in the Knoxville hospital for 17 years prior to his death.

Military rites will also be conducted in his honor by the Fae Stine American Legion Post at New Hampton.

Survivors include two brothers, Carl, Lawler, and Otto, Hazelton.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Anna Stolfus, Mildred Dowd, and Mary Campbell and five brothers, Paul, Fred, Julius, William and Alfred.
