According to family history Dr. John Armstron Day and his wife Eliza Tappan Drumb Day are buried in the Afton Cemetery. They lived in Highland Iowa, when the county seat moved Afton Highland was a town no longer. Dr. purchased the town lots of Highland, making a farm therefrom. This farm has been in the hands of the family since, and the family has lived there since 1856. John Day died Novembewr 11, 1886, Eliza February 16, 1908. Both according to family records are buried in Afton Cemetery. Do you have a record of these buriels and another information
