Mrs. Roy (Isma) Olin, 74, of Cherokee died Aug 20 at Sioux Valley Memorial Hospital following an illness of several months. She was a resident of Cherokee for 46 years. Born Feb. 22, 1899 at Sioux Falls, S.D., she was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church; Carnation Chapter No. 165, Order of Eastern Star, and the Pythian Sisters.
Survivors include three sons, James of Accokeek, Md., Robert of Minnetonka, Minn., and Richard of Chaska, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. James (Lois) Schulke, Spreckles, Calif., and Miss Phyllis Olin of Cherokee; eight grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Iva Knockemus of Sioux Falls, S.D.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1961 and a brother.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Boothby Funeral Home. Rev. A. E. Goldhorn will officiate and burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery.

There will be an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
