Two More Deaths

Two deaths from diphtheria have occurred in the city the past week. On Friday a son of E. F. Bell, aged about 7 years died. On the same day Mrs. Bell gave birth to a child, and has since been very low herself. On Sunday night a young son of J. Brown, after a hard struggle with the terrible disease, passed away, aged about 7 years. Mrs. Brown also contracted the disease and for several days her life has been despaired of. At this writing it is thought she cannot possibly recover. There are no new cases in the city and it is confidently believed there will be no further spread.
