John Ryan

Mr. John Ryan died at his home in this county Sept. 1, 1890, aged 77 years. He was native of the county of Wexford, Ireland, and emigrated to America in 1849. His former home was in Butler county. From there he moved to Cherokee county eight years ago. He leaves seven children, several of whom are esteemed residents of this county. The funeral occurred from the Catholic church in this city Wednesday last.
