John Mongan

Relatives here received word of the death Sunday afternoon of John Mongan, 36, at his home in Blue Springs, MO. A former resident of Cherokee, his death was attributed to a heart attack.

He is survived by his wife, Frances and two daughters, Carolyn, 10 and Linda, 3.

Survivors here include his mother, Mrs. J.W. Mongan; two sisters, Mrs. Ona McKenzie and Mrs. jean Dilocker; a brother, Elliott Mongan; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ruby Mongan.

He is also survived by a brother Dexter Mongan of Waterloo and a sister, Mrs. Nellie Hanson of Lindstrom, Minn.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct 8 in Blue Springs MO.
