Edna Blake Lynch,97, of Tempe, Arizona passed away Sept. 19, 1988 at Desert Sunquest Rehab and Care Center at Mesa, Arizona. Mass for Edna was held Sept.23 at our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Tempe.

Edna was born in Cherokee, Iowa to Fred L. and Effie Cannon Blake. She and her husband, Walter Lynch moved to Tempe from Cherokee in 1963.

Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth(Betty) Hesch of Wausau, Florida;a son John(Jack) Lynch of Tempe, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter, her parents, and one brother, John D. Blake.
