Robert Bugh was born
in Sac county, March 1, 1862. At the
time of his death October 8, 1938, he was
76 years, seven months and eight days of
age.
He was the son of Daniel and Susan
(Lockhart) Bugh.
He moved to Pilot township, Cherokee
county, with his parents at the age of
six years, where he lived for a number
of years before moving to Cherokee.
He was preceded in death by his par-
ents and six brothers. Two sisters and a
number of nieces and nephews also sur-
vive. The sisters are Mrs. Huldah Ensign
of Griswold, Ia., and Mrs. Amanda Esh-
leman, Worthington, Minn.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oc-
tober 10 at the Duven funeral home with
Rev. J. A. Farnham in charge. Burial was
in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbear-
ers were Perry Boughton, Lew Bader, Jer-
ome Clow, John Bridie, Henry Bader and
H. C. Dewar.
