Graveside rites will be held in Afton cemetery at 3:45 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon for Artill William Blachly**, 52, farm implement and seed salesman of Akron, Ia., who was killed early Sunday in an automobile accident near Jefferson, S.D.

Blachly was the husband of the former Edna Ogle of Afton township.

Funeral services will be held at the First Christian Church at Akron at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Rev. W.J. Zane of Sioux City will officiate at the graveside services.

Surviving are the widow, a daughter Lorraine of Akron, and a brother Boyd, of Sioux City an Illinois Central railroad engineer.
