Nancy Ann Wright of Quimby, Iowa passed away on Feb.25th, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa surrounded by her family.

Services will be Wednesday Feb. 28th, at 10:30 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cherokee, Iowa with Rev. Armand Bertrand officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Anthon, Iowa. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the Greenwood Funeral Home. A family prayer service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.greenwoodfuneral.com.

Nancy fought a long brave fight with kidney disease and diabetes. She was a wonderful woman who loved her brothers and sisters and all of her nieces and nephews dearly, as they loved her.

Nancy was born on Sept. 29, 1947 to Dale and Ann (King) Wright.

She owned her own Beauty Shop in Quimby for many years. She loved her "shows" on TV, the Beatles, and Elvis. She passed on her love for music to her brothers and sisters and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two nephews Justin and Corey Nicolaisen. Left to cherish her memory are her brothers, Gary Wright and his wife Dorothy of Vermillion, S. Dakota, Phil Wright and his wife Carolyn of Cherokee, Iowa, Doug Wright of Quimby, and Mike Wright and his wife Ann also of Quimby.

Sisters, Carol and her husband Rich Wych of Quimby, Debbie and her husband Mark Courtright of Cherokee, Cathy and her husband Larry Nicolaisen of Cherokee, and Terri Chester of Quimby.

Nieces, Tamara Wright, Kim Wych, Alison Kurtz, Tonya Carstens, Olivia, and Krista Nicolaisen, Lindsay and Kelsey Wright, Anna, Shelby, and Lexie Chester, Dusty Jo Wright and Cally Lindquist.
