William E. Blake, 62 , former Omaha business man died Tues. in Lincoln Neb. where he had resided the last 8 years. Blake formerly operated the Omaha Staple Co.. He was born in Cherokee, Ia. and came to Neb. nine years ago.

Surviving are the widow; a son, Randall W. of Lincoln,( correspondent for the Associated Press), and a sister, Mrs. Carrie Coleman of George Ia. Private funeral services will be held Thur. morning.
