Nellis Irving Scott was born Feb. 6, 1902 to James J. and Lucinda ( Morrison) Scott in Cherokee County Ia .He died Nov.9 1956 at Santa Monica, Ca. He was buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego Ca. He served in the Army Air Corp during WWII.
On May 30, 1926 Nellis married Julia Bies.He Had lived in Ca. for the last 6 years.
He is survived by 2 brother, Willam and Chester and 1 sister, Agnes Blake of Arnolds Park Ia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia; his parents and his brother Clarence Scott.
