Winifred,
I was in Cerro Gordo County in June. I looked for your divorce records. The book was from 1893 to 1907. The only record I could find was 3843 R226 Rec. 564 Kezia and David Simpkins as defendants against E.E. Simphenson. She had not paid payment on land. It was the May Term 1895.
The clerk was very kind and went twice to the basement to bring three very heavy books up to me. I did find records on Albert Simpkins #6178 and 6179 #24 72 & 73. I didn't copy anything since there were no divorce records. Sorry I couldn't find anything for you.
