M'EVOY FUNERAL HELD AT GREENE
Body of Operator of Cream Station Is Taken to Rockwell

GREENE, Oct. 16. - Funeral services for Peter McEvoy, who died Saturday night [October 13, 1934], after a short illness, were conducted at the Catholic church Tuesday morning, the Rev. M. H. Hogan officiating.

Mr. McEvoy conducted a cream and poultry station at Greene for a number of years and was active in the business until a few days ago, when he was confined to his bed.

He is survived by his wife [Ella T. (Leaky) McEvoy] of Greene, two brothers, Ed and John, and one sister, Miss Monica McEvoy, all of Rockwell.

Visitors at the McEvoy home Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. John Dull and son, Walter, of West Union; Mrs. Thomas Baldwin, Frank, Timothy and Agnes Leahy, all of Wadena; Miss Margaret Leahy, Riceville; Miss Agnes and Miss Nellie Kelley, Joe and John Kelley, Mr. and Mrs. Joe McCauley, Julia and Joseph McCauley, Miss Monica McEvoy, all of Rockwell, and Miss Maggie McEvoy of Centerville.

Burial will be at Rockwell [Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery].
