Mrs Anna Smith Conwell, a resident of Dubuque for fifteen years died Sunday morning at Finley hospital after a three weeks illness. The funeral was held Wednesday morning from the home of her daughter Mrs. Henry Bitter, 1025 Mt. Pleasant, to Nativity church, with burial in the Catholic cemetery at Daughtery, Iowa.
Mrs. Conwell lived at Daughtery for a number of years. Three daughters, three sons, eleven grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters survive.
