John Washington

Many people of this vicinity were shocked to hear of the death of John Washington which occured at Cartersville last Sunday. The deceased was a retired farmer. Death came instantly and without pain, as he dropped dead while walking on the streets of Cartersville.
Funeral services were held at Cartersville Tuesday afternoon and burial took place in the Catholic cemetery here this morning at 10 o'clock.
