CHARLEY CUNNINGHAM DIES AT 83

Charley Cunningham 83, retired farmer of Dougherty, died Wednesday in a Rockwell nursing home. He was a lifelong resident of the Dougherty community and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Dougherty.

Mr. Cunningham was born Oct. 13, 1881, on a farm in Floyd County near Dougherty, son of Nicholas and Frances (Hilferty) Cunningham.

Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Susan Cunningham, Dougherty, and Mrs. Daniel Cunningham, St. Paul, Minn. There are also many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a sister.

The funeral has been set tentatively for 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Dougherty.
The Rev. L. H. Reicks will officiate.
Burial wiil be in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Dougherty.

Rosaries will be announced later.
