December 26, 2009MASON CITY — Dorothy Carpenter, 71, of Mason City, died Thursday (Dec. 24, 2009) at her home.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 714 N. Adams Ave., with Monsignor Joseph Slepicka officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Memorials may be directed to the Dorothy Carpenter Memorial Fund in care of the family.
