Former Emporian Dies

Mrs. Ada A. Gaham, a former Emporian, died this morning in Soldier's Home hospital in Fort Dodge, Kan. The body will be returned to Emporia and funeral arrangements announced later. [Interment was made at Maplewoodo Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, Kansas.]

Mrs. Gahm was born April 24, 1873 in Mason City, Iowa, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. W. [George W. and Mary (James)] Hubbard. She was married to Adam Gahm April 17, 1918, and he died in August, 1919.

Surviving is one couin, Mary Ethel Hubbard, Monrovia, Calif. She was a member of the Free Methodist church.
