“Former C. Lake Resident Dies
Short Services Held at Grave for Mrs. Robinson This Afternoon
Clear Lake, Dec. 14.—Mrs. George Robinson, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Lines, Marble Rock, Monday was buried in the Clear Lake cemetery at 3:30 o’clock this afternoon. Mrs. Robinson was 63 years old and had been an invalid for several years.
Mr. and Mrs. Robinson moved from their home in Illinois to Marble Rock and purchased a general store which they managed for many years. Later they moved to Clear Lake and resided in their home on East Main street.
Mr. Robinson preceded his wife in death on March 28, 1926.
Early last spring Mrs. Robinson was moved from her home here to Marble Rock where she was confined to her bed at the home of her daughter. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Marjory Carr, Dows, Mrs. Clyde Lines, Marble Rock, and a son, Eugene, Mason City.
Funeral services were held for Mrs. Robinson at the Christian church in Marble Rock at 1 o’clock this afternoon. Only a short prayer service was held at the grave here.”
