CLEAR LAKE -- Three-year-old sonof Mr. and Mrs. Willlard [Genevieve] Fulghum who reside 10 miles south of Clear Lake, died at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon from scarlet fever. The little boy has been seriously ill for more than a week. Surviving him besides his parents, are two brothers, Billie, age 8, Russell, 4, and a sister, Mary Alberta, 7 years old, and his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Fulghum.
