Mrs. Leinhass Dies at Home
Rites at Swaledale Church Monday

CLEAR LAKE - Mrs. Herman (Theresa) Leinhaas, 82, mother of Mrs. A. J. Allen, 110 Seventh Ave. N., died at her home in Swaledale Thursday [August 13, 1953] of a cerebral hemorrhage. She was born in Germany July 10, 1871, and had lived in the Swaledale community 55 years.

Besides her daughter, Mrs. Leinhaas is survived by a son, Carl Leinhaas, Swaledale; three grandchildren and a brother. Mr. Leinhaas died several years ago.

The body is at the Wilcox Funeral Home where the Rosary will be said Friday evening at 8. Sunday morning the body will be taken to the son's home in Swaledale where the Rosary will be said Sunday evening at 8.

Funeral services will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Swaledale Monday at 9 a.m. with the Rev. Nestor Goedken, pastor, celebrant. Burial will be in the Rockwell [Sacred Heart Catholic] Cemetry.
