Gravesite rites set at Rockwell for Mrs. Kielty

ROCKWELL - Mrs. James (Christie) Kielty, 95, died Monday morning [August 3, 1964] at a hospital in New Ulm, Minn. Funeral services will be held in Comfrey, Minn. Burial will be in the [Sacred Heart] Catholic Cemetery at Rockwell Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Christine Elizabeth Royle [sic, Royal] was born at Rugby, Ill., Jan. 9, 1869. She was married in Aberdeen, S. D., Feb. 5, 1889. She lived at Rockwell until 1947 when she moved to Comfrey.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Rose) Strum, Citrus Heights, Calif.; Maryt Heitland, Mason City; Mrs. Paul (Anna) Callanan, Comfrey; two sons, James Kielty, Comfrey; Joseph Kielty, Jackson, Minn.; 36 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Kielty, Mason City; Mrs. Anna Ennis, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by five children, three sisters and four brothers.
