Nell Kennedy Dies Suddenly at Rockwell

Miss Nell Kenneday, 64, lifelong resident of Rockwell, died suddenly Sunday evening [January 04, 1953] following a heart attack. She had been a teacher in the Cerro Gordo County schools for many years.

Miss Kennedy was born Aug. 26, 1888, at Rockwell, the daughter of Steve and Ellen Kennedy. Surviving are a brother, Ed, and a sister, Rose, at home in Rockwell, and another sister, Mrs. Mayme Mulaney, Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by a sister, Kate, and a brother John.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The Colonial Funeral Home is in charge.

[Interment was made at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Rockwell, Iowa.]
