A. R. Kelley, farmer near Rockwell, dies

ROCKWELL - Ambrose R. Kelley, a retired farmer, died late Saturday [May 6, 1961] at a Mason City hospital. Mr. Kelley was born Oct. 18, 1899, at Clearfield. He was the son of Patrick and Mary McEvoy Kelley.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Patterson-James Rockwell Chapel. [Interment was made at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Rockwell, Iowa.]

He is survived by two brothers, James and John Kelley of Rockwell. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and lived in Rockwell for 57 years.
