DIES AT AGE 82
SERVICES FRIDAY FOR PIONEER FARMER HEREFuneral services for William H. Law, 82, of 101 22nd S. E., who died at a local hospital Wednesday morning following a lingering illness, will be held at the Meyer funeral home Friday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. James Miller of Bristol officiating.
Mr. Law was born in Lincoln township, Clear Lake, Mar. 18, 1865, and farmed in the township until retirement in 1912. He has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Lucille Caponi, in Mason City.
Other survivors are: 3 brothers, James and George Law of Clear Lake and Thomas Law of St Paul; 3 sisters, Mrs. Maurice Kimball, Everett, Wash.; Mrs. Clint Lackey, Loss Angeles, and Mrs. Erie Peterson, Minneapolis; and one grandchild, Charles Capponi. Mr. Law was preceded in death by his wife in 1942.
The body will lay in state at the funeral home until the service. Burial will be in Clear Lake cemetry. The Meyer funeral home in charge.
