MARY WELKER

Funeral services for Mrs. Harry H. (Mary) Welker, 94, 901 5th Ave. S., Clear Lake, were held Tuesday at the Osthus James Funeral Home with Rev. Murly A. Severtson, pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church, officiating. Mrs. Welker died Saturday at a Clear Lake nursing home. Burial was in the Clear Lake Cemetery.

Mary Laura Welker was born March 29, 1880, the daughter of Peter and Mary Nelson Juhl, in Denmark.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Roy (Laura) Badker of Clear Lake; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; a brother, William P. Juhl of San Leandro, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Jack (Anna) Meloy of Albany, Ga.; and Mrs. Albert (Clara) Rhien of Great Falls, Mont.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers were Wayne Badker, Dennis Badker, Clifford Montgomery, William Montgomery, Arthur Risse, and John Risse. Kermit Finstad, soloist, was accompanied by Mrs. A. E. Folkmann.
