DEATH OF LELAND E. DUNSMOOR

The death of Leland E. Dunsmoor, the little 9 year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Dunsmoor, is tinged with sorrowful circumstances. A few weeks ago he was taken with the measles, a relapse recurring his condition became alarming. An abscess forming back of bone of his ear, an operation was deemed necessary. On Friday he underwent the operation, but did not rally from its effects as hoped and on Tuesday morning he passed away. Leland was a bright and active child, a favorite with his young playmates.

The funeral services are held this morning at 10:30, from the Methodist church, conducted by Dr. Gillies.

The pallbearers were members of the Lincoln Boys’ Club, of which Leland was a member.
