SIDNEY C. MCGRADY

CLEAR LAKE – Sidney C. McGrady, 85, of 310 N. 12th St., Clear Lake, died Tuesday (April 14, 1981) in Mesa, Ariz.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Clear Lake, with Dr. Lyle Lieder officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery, Clear Lake.

Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.

Mr. McGrady was born Aug. 16, 1895 on a farm north of Ventura. He attended rural Ventura schools and was farmer and stockman in Cerro Gordo and Winnebago counties. He married Blanche Renshaw, Feb. 21, 1969 and was a veteran of World War I. He had spent the last 20 winters in Arizona.

He is survived by his wife, Blanche, Clear Lake; on step-daughter, Mrs. Jerry (Patricia) Millard, Mount Pleasant; two step-sons, Fred Renshaw, Lake Mills, and Robert Renshaw, Clear Lake; three nephews and one niece.
