JOHN F. PALMETER

John F. “Jack” Palmeter Jr., 69, of 49 Lakeside Acres, Clear Lake, died Sunday, April 15, at Americana Nursing Home, Mason City.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 19, at ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with Pastor Charles Williams officiating. Burial was in Clear Lake Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Clear Lake V.F.W. Post No. 4868.

Survivors include one son, Gregory Wrisberg, of St. Augustine, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Honorary pallbearers were Hyle Lowman, Jerry Lindsay, Harold Thompson, Gene Sherman, M. A. Hintzman and Don Clark.

Active pallbearers were Robert Clausen, Robert Ingersoll, C. V. McLaughlin, Don Mathews, Jack Patterson, and William Martin.

Organist Pat Treloar accompanied soloist Larry Shaffer.
