CLARENCE SEIDEL

GARNER – Clarence Seidel, 87, of Garner, formerly of the McIntire area, died Sunday (Dec. 1, 1991) at North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church in Garner, with the Rev. Robert Ellis as officiant. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Mr. Seidel was born March 30, 1904, at Manly.

Visitation is after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel in Garner.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth, of Garner; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Leo (Mary) Formanek, Garner: seven stepsons, Donald Tarr, Wautoma, Wis., Alan Tarr, Apache Junction, Ariz., Robert Tarr, William Tarr and Keith Tarr, all of Clear Lake, Marvin Tarr, Phoenix City, Ala., and Richard Tarr, Champagne, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Florence Benjegerdes, Mason City; and three brothers, Arthur and Marcus, both of Mason City, and Frank, of Hanlontown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a stepdaughter, two brothers and two sisters.
