REBA VIOLA NELSON

Reba Viola Nelson was born February 28, 1904, at Conesville, Iowa, the daughter of Sylverius and Pearl (Wiltrout) Preston. She received her education in Conesville and later was married to Clarence Bausch. They had made their home in Wisconsin and later in Iowa.

In 1938 she moved with her children to Clear Lake and later was married to Elmer Nelson. They made their home at 212 6th Ave. South for many years.

Mr. Nelson preceded her in death in 1972 and for the past five years she had made her home with her daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Jack Enabnit, south of Clear Lake.

Mrs. Nelson is also survived by a son, Elmer Bausch of Decatur, Illinois; 11 grand children; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Nile in 1956.

Mrs. Nelson was a member of the Church of Christ and was a past noble grand of Tina Rebekah Lodge. Her body has been deeded to the University of Iowa Hospital, and at a later date will be interred in the Clear Lake Cemetery.

Mrs. Nelson died Monday morning in a Mason City hospital. Memorial services will be on Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ at 12th and Main St., Clear Lake. Steven Nicholson will officiate.
