JOHN ANDERSON RITES HELD WEDNESDAY AT HOME

Funeral services for John W. Anderson, 57, who died suddenly Friday evening of a heart attack were held at the home 210 S. North street Wednesday afternoon, with the Rev. J. J. Buzynski, pastor of St. Patrick’s Catholic church, conducting the service and burial in the Clear Lake cemetery. Ward’s funeral home had charge.

Mmes. Ray Nichols and Ned O’Neill had charge of the flowers.

J. R. Whitesides, W. C. Carrol, Ed Boyle, John Perkins, Ray Nichols, and N. C. Manocheo were the pallbearers.

J. W. Anderson was born February 28, 1887, in Chicago, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Anderson. He spent all of his early life there, and was married on December 29, 1909, to Miss Laura Moreweiser, who died March 24, 1944. They lived in Waterloo until 1923, when they moved to Clear Lake. They had three children, F.O. John W. Anderson, Warrensburg, Mo., who arrived Saturday, Mrs. William Beedle, Los Angeles, Cal., and Mrs. Arnold Moeller, 716 S. Second street, and four grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Charles Anderson, Park Ridge, Ill., and two sisters, the Misses Ellen and Hilma Anderson, Chicago, Ill.

Relatives from out of town who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. William Beedle, Los Angeles, Cal., his brother Charles Anderson and two sisters, the Misses Hilma and Ellen Anderson, Chicago, and his son, Flight Officer John W. Anderson, Warrensburg, Mo.
