MRS. ARCHIE OLSON PASSED AWAY FRIDAY.

Elizabeth Bitker was born on her grandparents farm northwest of town January 8, 1908 and passed away at 6:30 a.m. February 17, 1933, age 25 years 1 month and 7 days. In 1932 she was united in marriage to Archie Olson.

She was graduated from the Clear Lake high school with the class of 1927, and completed a two years course in the Iowa State Teachers college in 1929. She was a home loving girl and was a member of the Double C class of the Methodist church which attended her funeral.

She is survived by her husband, infant daughter, Rose Mary, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hanna, two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Van Horn and Marion Hanna, three brothers, Carl, Robert and Harold Hanna and her grandmother, Mrs. Carl Bitker.

Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were Mrs. Roland Nesbit, Garner, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Van Horn and son of Des Moines; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Bitker, Lucan, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. John Nagel, Sabula, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. M.C. Lund, Savana, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Grossman and sons, Howard and Eugene, Sabula, Ia.; Mrs. E.S. Vikens and daughter, Garner, Ia.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, conducted by Rev. J.R. Tumbleson.

The pallbearers were John Bitker, Carl Bitker, Floyd Wistey, Clair Olson, Arlin Olson, John Nagel.
