BESSIE OLSON RITES SET FOR WEDNESDAY

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Bessie T. Olson will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Ward Funeral Home, with the Rev. Murley Severtson, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Miss Olson, 82, died late Sunday evening in a Clear Lake nursing home. Pallbearers selected include William Burkhardt, Hans Sell, Ludvig Wangberg, Philip Wangberg, Clarence T. Olson and Milton Toinby.

Bessie Tillie Olson was born July 21, 1883, in Norway, a daughter of Ole and Olava (Amundson) Olson. She spent most of her life in Clear Lake and worked many years for the Clear Lake Bakery.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Herman (Albertine) Linde and Mrs. Fred (Ann) Rogers and a brother Clarence G. Olson, all of Clear Lake. Two nieces and two nephews also survive her.
