CLAIRE JAVOTTE GORTON

BLOOMINGTON, MINN. – Claire Javotte Gorton, 76, of 4909 W. 86th, Bloomington, Minn. 55437. Javotte passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007 after a long battle with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer diseases.

Javotte was born in Dumont, Iowa, to Dr. and Mrs. J.H. Lerdal. She later finished high school in Clear Lake and then the University of Northern Iowa.

She was united in marriage to Gerald Gorton in Clear Lake.

She is survived by her loving husband; a daughter, Jill (Bob) Tingsley; son, Jeff (Anne) Gorton; and Jay (Roxanne) Gorton; grandchildren, Damon, Lindsey, Jamie, Samone, Trevor and Parker; and sisters, Jo Ann Huey and Judy Somers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Terry Sue.
