AGED RESIDENT BURIED AT LAKE
MRS. O. T. WOOLDRIDGE HAD SUFFERED STROKE YEAR AGO

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Mrs. O. T. Wooldridge, 102 Jefferson street, were held at the home at 2 p.m. Saturday and at the Ward Funeral Home at 2:30. The Rev. Homer E. Blough conducted the rites and burial was in Clear lake cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Smith, Rudy Saligar, William McGowan, P. W. Fistler, Frank Palmer and Leland Patterson. Mrs. Clark Branson and Miss Marjorie Stork cared for the flowers.

Anna Josephine Nesheim was born at Decorah, Dec. 10, 1867, and died at her home in Clear Lake Nov.19 after an illness of a year. When a small child she moved with her parents to Clear Lake where she has since resided.

On Sept. 30, 1886 she was united in marriage to Otis T. Wooldridge of Clear Lake and to this union were born five children, Mabel Downey, Virginia, Floyd and Everette, Clear Lake, and Roy of Algona. Besides her husband and five children, Mrs. Wooldridge is survived by two grandchildren, Bob of Clear Lake and Lucille of Des Moines.

Mr. and Mrs. Wooldridge celebrated their golden wedding anniversary this year in a very quiet way because of the ill health of Mrs. Wooldridge. She had seemed somewhat better the past few weeks but became worse and the end came suddenly.

Among the out-of-town relatives attending the funeral were Mrs. O. Felland and Andrew Tiegen, Forest City; Tom Felland, Hanlontown; Mrs. Wallie Haugen and Mrs. William Haugen, Fertile; Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Berry, son Everett and daughter, Florence, Waterloo; Mrs. Eva Wooldridge and son Earl and Mrs. Jane Doud, Edgewood; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wooldridge, Algona; and Mr. and Mrs. David Garlock, Mrs. Elizabeth Garlock, Mrs. G. Trees, W. Nesheim, Mrs. Gertrude Maitland, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Johnson and Miss Grace Kinsella, Mason City.
