DIES OF STROKE
ARRANGEMENTS FOR FUNERAL INCOMPLETE

CLEAR LAKE – Charles D. Pruitt, 56, died at his home, 702 Clara Street, early Monday morning. He had been in poor health three years and suffered a stroke Friday.

Mr. Pruitt was born at Nashville, Ind., July 20, 1887, the son of James and Martha Pruitt. He was a painter by trade and had lived at his present home 14 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons living in Indiana.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending word from the sons. The body is at Ward’s Funeral Home.

C. D. PRUITT FUNERAL WEDNESDAY AT WARD’S

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Charles D. Pruitt, 56, who died at his home, 702 Clara Street, early Monday, will be held at Ward’s Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. The Rev. Thomas B. Collins, pastor of the Methodist Church will conduct the rites and burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.
