MAX S. HUGH

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Max S. Hugh, 60, Clear Lake, who dies Saturday at a Mason City hospital, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ward-Van Slyke Funeral Home, Clear Lake, with the Rev. Kenneth Ubbelohde, First Congregational Church officiating.

Visitation will be at the funeral home until 2 p.m. Tuesday with burial in the Clear Lake Cemetery. Graveside military rites will be performed by the Clear Lake VFW Post 4868.

Mr. Hugh, a life-long Clear Lake resident and a retired employee of the Clear Lake Sand and Gravel Co., is survived by one brother, Leslie Hugh.

Transcriber’s Note – Max Hugh was born March 13, 1915, died September 6, 1975 and was buried in the Clear Lake Cemetery, Section E Row 10.
