HENRY HUBER DIES AT HOME
PIONEER FARMER IS SURVIVED BY WIDOW, THREE CHILDREN

CLEAR LAKE – Requiem high mass for Henry Huber, 75, who died at his home northwest of Clear lake Tuesday morning following an illness of several months, will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic church at 10 o’clock Friday morning. The Rev. E. J. Supple will officiate and burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery. Williams funeral home is making the arrangements.

Mr. Huber was in a hospital at Mason City for two weeks in December, and returned home before the holidays.

Mr. Huber was born near Ft. Atkinson Dec. 25, 1864, and came to the vicinity of Clear Lake in his young manhood. Oct. 30, 1893, he was married to Miss Mary Stork of Clear Lake and to them four children were born, Sammy died in infancy and the others are Albert, who lives near Clear Lake and Fred and Miss Hazel, at home.

Besides his widow and three children, Mr. Huber is survived by two half brothers, Albert Swehla, Oxbow, Canada, and Theodore Swehla, Waucoma, and a half sister, Mrs. Fred Thies, Clear Lake. A brother, Tony, preceded him in death.

Mr. Huber had been a farmer all his life. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church and of the Modern Woodman of America.
