LENA MCMULLEN

CLEAR LAKE – Mrs. Lena McMullen, 92, of 201 S. 4th St., Clear Lake, died Saturday (May 14, 1983) at a Mason City nursing home.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with Dr. Lyle Leider of the United Methodist Church in Clear Lake officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Visitation is after 2 this afternoon at the funeral chapel.

Mrs. McMullen was born July 27, 1890 in South Wayne, Wis., to Elmer and Jessie (McKnight) Heltman. She had lived in Clear Lake most of her life. She worked at the Marshall and Swift Clear Lake office and later at the A & P Grocery Store. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Clear Lake.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. James (Jane) Lane, Mesa Ariz.; a grandson, and two great grandchildren.
